Application guide
1. Prep your nails
Push back cuticles, lightly buff the shine off each nail bed, then wipe with an alcohol pad. Skipping this is the #1 reason a set lifts early.
2. Match your sizes
Lay all 10 tips against your own nails before opening the glue. If you're between two sizes, size up and file the edge down rather than sizing down.
3. Apply
Run a thin layer of glue (or an adhesive tab) edge-to-edge, tilt the tip in at the cuticle line first, press down, and hold for 10–15 seconds without moving.
4. Finish
File any overhang at the sides for a flush finish. Cuticle oil daily keeps the edges sealed and makes the set last noticeably longer.
Removal & reuse
- · Soak nails in warm water with a drop of oil or a squirt of dish soap for 10–15 minutes.
- · Gently wiggle from the sides — never pull straight off the nail bed.
- · Use a cuticle stick to lift once you feel it give, not before.
- · Wipe any leftover glue off the underside and store the set flat for next time.
Shipping & returns
Every set is made to order and packed within 3–5 business days. Delivery within Peninsular Malaysia takes a further 2–4 business days by courier; Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan typically take 4–7 days.
Shipping is free over RM59. Below that it's RM7 to Peninsular Malaysia (including KL and Putrajaya) and RM12to Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan — courier costs genuinely run higher there, so we'd rather charge honestly than pad the Peninsular rate to average it out. Calculated automatically at checkout once you enter your state.
Because these are an adhesive, single-use-per-application product, we can't accept returns once a set has been opened. If a set arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it, no questions asked.
FAQ
How long does a set last?
7–14 days on average with proper prep. Dish soap, hot water, and heavy hand use will shorten that.
Can I really reuse a set?
Yes — most sets can be soaked off, cleaned, and reapplied 2–3 times before the glue bond weakens.
What if I'm between sizes?
Message us on Instagram with your nail width in mm before ordering and we'll help you pick — or size up and file down.
Do you ship outside Malaysia?
Not yet — we currently ship within Malaysia only, including Sabah and Sarawak.
