By using ciznails.my or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Products
Every set is handmade, so small variations in colour, glitter placement, and charm position between the exact unit you receive and the photos are normal, not a defect. Sizes follow our own XS–L guide, not a standard clothing size.
Pricing & orders
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and may change without notice — the price shown at the time you complete checkout is what you pay. An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed by Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order we reasonably suspect is fraudulent, or if an item sells out before your payment completes.

Reviews & content you submit
By submitting a product review, you confirm it's your own genuine opinion and grant us permission to display it on the site. We moderate every review before it goes live and may decline to publish anything spammy, offensive, or unrelated to the product.
Intellectual property
All photography, text, and branding on this site belong to ciznails.my. Please don't reproduce or resell our product photos or designs without asking first.
Liability
The site and products are provided as described, without further warranties beyond what Malaysian consumer protection law guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 that can't legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
